Teams links do not work, redirects to https://decodedurl/ #331

Click on a link in Teams.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Link opens in default browser

❌ Actual Behavior

Default browser opens https://decodedurl/

I'm assuming this is literally "decodedUrl". This is an issue with _WinAPI_UrlUnescape then and I'll look into it

If you are on the latest update of the new Microsoft Teams UI, there should be an option in settings under "Files and Links" where you can select the "Links open preference" to open in the default browser. This solved the decodeurl issue for me.
