If you're sure this is Active Mode and not Service Mode, the only thing I can think of is that it's caught in a loop somehow. Can you email your log files in %localappdata%\MSEdgeRedirect\
to rcmaehl@gmail.com?
My bad, it's not Active mode, it was Service.
