Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites: Be on Windows 11 24H2

Have MSEdgeRedirect run from boot (may not be required)
Try to open the quick settings menu
Observe it not opening
Go to the up-arrow thingy and quit out of MSEdgeRedirect
Try to open the quick settings menu again

✔️ Expected Behavior

The quick settings menu works as intended.

❌ Actual Behavior

The quick settings menu wouldn't open until I quit MSEdgeRedirect
