excluded directories from workflow #92

This excludes changes from .md files, GUI_Concepts and Lang directory to activate workflow since it's not needed.

I excluded lang because it seems that default english text is in Includes/_GetLanguage.au3 file. Also I am not sure about Plugins directory so I did not add that.
