[Setting UI] Buttons not working

Describe the bug In the settings ui the following isn't working:

• Help/docs buttons on the right side do nothing.
• Gui drop-down is empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'settings screen'
2. Click on 'buttons'

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Something is happening when clicking the buttons.

Drop-down has a useful function/description instead of beeing empty.
