There is a strange bug in gnome-shell-classic-systray - some icons (eg. skype) disappears from gnome-shell-classic-systray after some gnome-shell dialogs (like shutdown, logout and some other) are displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
Activate gnome-shell-classic-systray extension and then start skype - skype icon appears in top right, near the user menu.
Choose Shutdown or Logout from User menu (from top panel)
Actual resuts:
Skype icon disappears when Shutdown or Logout confirmation dialog is displayed - press Cancel in Shutdown/Logout dialog and you will see no skype icon, while skype process is still running.
Expected results:
Skype icon shouldn't disappear when Shutdown, Logout confirmation or other gnome-shell dialogs are displayed. If gnome-shell-classic-systray extension is disabled then skype icon doesn't disappear from notification area at the bottom right.
