整理穷胡代码 #35

把推倒胡所有的文件名字改一下，变成穷胡的QiongWin

然后测试一下跑一下，完成了把任务状态改成Fixed

每次看到的牌都一样，是因为我把客户端game 
started发牌那个地方重新用伪代码赋值了，你看一下就明白了

直接调整牌的内容，可以制造各种情况

把能想到的所有情况都测试一遍，如果测出问题，就提出来
