Refactor game submission and make it more reliable in case of missing logs #106

Basic info such as seat ID, event name, turn number is updated on every game message and stored in the Follower object
Submit unsubmitted game at match end
Fixed problem where games are submitted twice
Minor code simplification

Tested on BO1 and BO3 human drafts, quick draft and BO1 sealed.

If this looks good, I'll try to port this to the Windows client also.
