Atomic data from linetools #15

linetools has a longer list of atomic data. Are there plans to update atomic.xml in ALIS to linetools' latest?

It's quite convenient for me to add transitions myself though. Perhaps no need bother Ryan.

Hi Marie. Thanks for the question - the eventual goal is for ALIS to use the atomic data in linetools. The reason I haven't done this yet is because "longer" doesn't mean "most up-to-date". I'll check the sources and see what's available.
