Since Atom will the default editor we use for now (can look at Sublime / VSCode / VS / WebStorm / emacs / vim etc. later), we need a way to mention all the plugins we need in a single file.
Kind of like a package.json for atom / apm.
@riteshe63 I guess you've already figured that out. Next we need a way (if possible) to synchronize this package file.
