Blog fetching grabs past project blogs #11

Currently, the fetch blog script fetches all blogs, including past projects. I'm not sure if this is by intent but it seems like this will cause a problem down the road.

We fixed this. It only pulls active project, and user blogs. Note it pulls all user blogs, not just active ones.
