URP forms are a pain point for students and RCOS coordinators alike, although there is an emphasis on providing a better solution for handling URP forms for RCOS coordinators. One solution is the automation and handling of URP forms through Observatory.
Goals
Create a separate group of pages for creating, reviewing, and downloading URP forms that students can fill out with a form and have Observatory produce a PDF of their URP form.
Instructors/coordinators of RCOS will need an admin-exclusive page for viewing all students' URP forms for final review.
Create a VueX store to keep the state management of this new feature clean and organized.
Ensure the observatory-server has the ability to save these PDFs server-side (out of scope for this particular issue, but should be noted)
