Mongo DB Database Importer #91

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It has been requested that we create an importer from the old MongoDB database to the new one. Just to keep the old projects at very least.

Describe the solution you'd like A one-off script that we can just run to either add the projects to the database, or preferably generate an SQL file containing the projects so we have a static backup.

Additional context I started this in scripts/importer c481532755257a47b141f4fba638cd4cc3d0c44b forever ago, then got side-tracked by more important tasks. So this issue now serves as a reminder and a progress tracker.
