[ ] before the semester.mentor_application_deadline, eligible users see a form to submit to apply
[ ] admins are notified via Discord/email of each submission
[x] admins can review and approve/deny submissions via Admin
[ ] applicants are notified of their status via Discord/email
[x] approved applications enroll the users as mentors

Developed the mentor application dashboard for coordinators to review and approve/deny applications. All that's left is setting up the buttons to actually call the accept or deny functions, and adding the Discord message + role functionality to accepting/denying.
