Print Chart #36

Have you any experience printing the chart?

I've tried and it doesn't come out very well.

It something the clinician are asking for as there a requirement to send printed charts to external 3rd parties.

Thanks @stephen775 for this great suggestion. I have now implemented this in the sds-branch of the client and the same for the chart component.
