HAZARD: Incorrect centile data is returned by the API #49

Description

The API could return incorrect centile data.

Effect

The user would be presented with an incorrect set of centile data.

Hazard

The hazard is that an inappropriate clinical decision could be made on the basis of this incorrect centile data.

Harm

Harm could result from the incorrect data not being recognised as such, and

Possible Causes

An analysis of the Causes of the Hazard

Assignment: Assign this Hazard to its Owner. Default owner is the Clinical Safety Officer @pacharanero Labelling: Add labels according to Severity. Likelihood and Risk Level Project: Add to the Project 'Clinical Risk Management'
