We need to have a section stating the terms of the API - some of this can come from the T&C/contract template we have.

Multiple Free Tier account creation will result in deletion of all accounts and a ban/block
Use of any endpoints other than the api.rcpch.ac.uk endpoint is prohibited
'reselling' the API through your own service is banned and could result in legal action ('rebadging' a Medical Device presumably has consequences)
