User dark mode changes base colour in Daisy #108

[ discussion with @eatyourpeas ]

For users who have their default browser theme set to dark, Daisy renders input fields in the forms with a dark mode background, but the rest of the site stays as normal

Likely to do with Daisy's default theme setting being set to 'active'

After looking into this a little more I have a feeling it's to do with Daisy being imported as a static file. I have tried various suggested methods from Stack Overflow to remove the dark theme from Daisy entirely, or to only load the light theme, but none of them work - and potentially the CDN import is why.

Perhaps we should put this in the backlog and reinvestigate once we have a build step for Daisy and Tailwind?
