contains some small bug fixes to the template inadvertently merged locally but could not then push to live so creating this PR here

I think the live deploys were failing as the repo secret .env file is up to date with the new settings from #302 but the one in the Azure file share used during deploy hasn't got them.

I've updated it and re-run the deploy workflow here: https://github.com/rcpch/national-paediatric-diabetes-audit/actions/runs/11918676604/job/33251796722
