Unable to add seizure medication and rescue medication on platform #1063

Hi,

Just received an email from a clinician unable to add seizure medication and rescue medication for a patient. I've attempted to do it and have had no luck. I will email you both the case ID.

Could you please look into this?

is this all medicines? what happens?

Hi Simon,

It doesn’t allow you to enter the name of the medicine, whatever I type it says “no results found”. This is the case for both the antiseizure and rescue. I’ve tried creating a new entry for both and it still doesn’t work.
