Adding dropdown of organisations within a Trust on organisation dashboard

If a Trust has multiple organisations, provide a dropdown (similar to what we have as admins) of all the organisations within their Trust.

users often don't realise that they can view the data of other organisations in their trust, and access the other dashboards by going to Cohort view, changing organisation in dropdown, then returning to organisation dashboard.
