Sorry, minimum announce interval = 40 sec #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Im trying to use transmission. I tried at the HD-bits.ro and other trackers. 
But all I get is this message:
Sorry, minimum announce interval = 40 sec

How do I configure transmission. I have alreaduy acess with telnet the NAS. But 
i cant find the config file.

Im using the    snakeos-V1.2.0-20100621 on the ns-k330. On my computer the 
torrent works. The problem is the Transmission.

Please help me. I see everybody happy with their NAS.

i have just updated to the snake os-V1.3.2-20101130 and nothig changes.
