The "csrf_field" and "method_field" functions were available, but not listed in README.md

Coverage remained the same at 21.388% when pulling 3f00949e8b5478347a74db0577af52dc687be002 on aik099:patch-1 into 78e8c96160db75334e5c74833e9bbca1dc619282 on rcrowe:master.

It is possible, that there are other missing functions as well.
