Bee Counter - installed? available to enable #40

Add program check to verify bee counter & video are properly installed before enabling. It appears the bee counter may be enabled before the code is installed. Add link button to install bee counter components. Could link to run setupbeecounter.sh in terminal.

Enable log to report the absence of the video bee counter code and whether it is running

Add ability to kill the video bee counter executable from HiveControl when "disable bee counter" button is activated. Don't allow it to be activated if code is not installed to make it function.
