Program does not start. Only the start up picture appears. #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download newest 3.2.1 UI .jar file
2. Double click .jar file
3. The green Rest Client start up picture appears, but program does not start.  
Even after 15 minutes it is only showing the start up picture.  Can kill the 
process only with Task Manager and stopping javaw.exe.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the program to work.  It had worked for the first couple of days, but 
suddenly this issued appeared.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.1.  Windows 7 Pro 64-bit version SP1
