Although the protein is very small, there seems to be two helix-bundles in a orthogonal C2 symmetry, and a helix linker between them. SCOP also recognizes the symmetry: bundle of two orthogonally packed alpha-hairpins. It should be discussed again whether this small cases but with clear symmetry should be tagged as C2 or C1.

No comments on the original benchmark manual validation.

Very questionable. I don't think that the SCOP description implies that the two hairpins are structurally similar. The lengths of the helices don't agree, requiring helices to align to loops. I stick with C1.
