d1hf2b1 #46

It can be either partial H2 with 5 helices in the helix (the last two helices do not align) or R with 3 two-helical repeats.

Your description doesn't really match this beta-helix structure; maybe you switched the identifiers?

Either way, d1hf2b1 is definitely not H2 as annotated in the benchmark. Either H3/12 (1 strand/repeat, align the loop region to the strands) or else R/4. I'd go with H3/12, despite that different lengths and h-bonding patterns.

Sorry I switched identifiers with d2bf0x_. This entry had already an issue #42.

I agree with your decision, H3 and 12 repeats although the H-bonding and length do not quite match for one of the repeats in the turn.
