It could be either H2 with 8 helices forming the helix or R with 4 two-helical repeats.

I feel like we're generally tending towards a policy of specifying the highest symmetry possible, even when that's only a single SSE (e.g. Tim barrels are C8). That would suggest H2/8 here.
