showSymmetry says is significant for order=1 #10

CE-Symm says order=1 but showSymmetry says is significant. See http://source.rcsb.org/jfatcatserver/showSymmetry.jsp?name1=d1vkfb_

Results expected:

  1. showSymmetry should report not symmetric.
  2. (Secondary.) CE-Symm should say order=8

Well, the protein is symmetric. What is wrong here is the order of symmetry calculation...

Fixed showSymmetry report, but edge case for CE-Symm (WONTFIX).
