@dmyersturnbull, I pushed your branch (currently ending in 1ff90ac0071d945f3d8e605aa89bb5266b26f9d4) to main when I merged my stuff with your latest. This was required to get it to build with biojava 9357f62c7bfab5485db8647c2e1f9a025bd3c43e.
This was very bad form on my part, and I hope I didn't break anything.
Sorry for messing with your fork. I'll use proper pull requests in the future.
