scrolling settings work only intermittently (ST3) #7

  1. build
  2. choose build view at top
  3. build again - build output still scrolls to bottom

...but if you choose some other scroll option, before choosing the one you want, it takes effect. What??

This issue happens with ST2 on Mac too.
