Code signing #2

It would be nice if the launcher didn't give excessive warnings when you run it on Windows and MacOS. I assume that this isn't really a thing on Linux.

So this will entail getting code signing working in the GitHub actions release script, which I assume is totally different for Windows and MacOS. I think I might have to buy a certificate or something.
