Mailman migration #5

We are currently using an old version of mailman. The new server has the latest version loaded. This "should" get rid of a number of issues where our mailing list email are rejected by some members ISP.

The tasks are to find out how to extract the members of the existing mailing list and load them inth the new mailman on the new server.

I have moved the mailman lists over to yawl and changed the MX record to point to it. I've has to install a dmarc, spf and dkim record to try to get past yahoo (and others) antispam measures. We will see if this works.

Everyone-at-rcyc email is being rejected by yahoo and gmail (and perhaps others). I have found webpages for those sites to input "postmaster" info. They "should" use this info to white list our server. There have been a number of hoops to jump through. We know have a privacy policy web page and an subscribe/unsubscribe webpage to meet some of their requirements.
