Add additional tick files to s3 #12

Students, do you want both the csv.gz and the h5 files, or just one format, and if so, which one? You can respond individually to this issue, and I'll collect the responses.

I personally prefer the h5 file as it is easier to parse the data from program.

I'm uploading the h5 files and have automated the process. By now, you should be able to 's3cmd ls s3://cfem2013/' and see the files for the beginning of April.
