New revisions not showing up after editing #34

Steps to reproduce

Publish a new test.
Edit the test Title
Edit the test Description (add Markdown link)
Save changes (Preview looks correct)
Publish changes

End result

The user listing item is updated (see below) but does not change any data on the page.
The main page does not include a revision history entry or related link.
