How do we install the ipa file?

What I did was downloaded it with an iOS app called filer, then used ifile and 
moved the .ipa file into the folder where your downloaded installous .ipa files 
go. Then just launch installous and it will be in your download tab waiting to 
be installed.

i do that but it says "ipa invalid".. :(
