Cube64 does not load in GameCube #336

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Cube64 from this website.
2. Burn the .dol file and a folder full of roms into a mini-DVD in Ubuntu 10.10 
using GnomeBaker.
3. Place the DVD in the GameCube disc tray and turn it on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the one I got from running the .dol file in Dolphin: the 
emulator worked. But, after loading, my GameCube just reads either "An error 
has ocurred." or "The disc could not be read."

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
I'm using Cube64 1.1, on a modded GameCube (not sure of which chip it's modded 
with).

Please provide any additional information below.
* The modchip my Cube has uses the default GC bios, and it has no file explorer.
* I used Ubuntu 10.10 and GnomeBaker to make the DVD, instead of Nero.
