Confusion due to multiple readme and license files #1

Hi folks, Thank you so much for providing and maintaining this repo.

I stumbled over a series of 3 readme and 2 license files in this repo. Do you mind reducing this series to one readme.md and one license file respectively to make clear which on is the right one?

I propose this license file.

Stefan,Thank you for identifying this issue and proposing a good solution. Our intent was to remain in harmony with the principles of free open source software with our initial license file, and somehow during development an additional one was added. I agree we should converge on this one, and eliminate the confusion.I will provide this to the development team so that when they complete the current security addition and update that to the repo, we converge on this one license file.
