The temp warning / shutdown seems to be done display-side, using a UI variable.
Noticed when fixing #9 that when I smooth the motor temp readout, the warning/shutdown doesn't go out of sync.
Overheat protection is a safety measure and ought to be naturally done motor-side (as should the temp sensor measurement error correction). If I replace the display with a jumper cable, the motor ought not fry.
