Let everyone know that going forward scoring & data have moved:

Annotate alecramsay/rdadata as superceded
Annotate alecramsay/rdafn as superceded
Update the Medium post
Reply to the Twitter post

This would be a soft launch of rdatools, perhaps with a teaser like "Stay tuned: There's more coming."

Clean up:

Delete rdadata virtual environment
Delete rdafn virtual environment
Delete rootmap repo
Delete rootmap virtual environment
