Make ensemble JSON's self-describing

For example:

• Creation date
• State
• Author
• Technique

I realized that I hadn't added metadata for the scores.csv and that that was just as important.

I've done that by generating a companion scores_metadata.json.

We could zip the two together and delete the original files, if we wanted them married in time.
