tcpClient.ConnectAsync cause Error #146

Hi, i tried to use it but i faced this error when i tried to connect from Android as mobile to Pi3 with WinIoT. [ERROR] FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.NotImplementedException: This PCL uses the 'Bait and Switch pattern'. the Pi3 has a listen module and the sending is in the Android, and the error happen in the connect.
