irc and pandas libraries are not installed

Expected behavior

Successful installation of irc and pandas Run run.py

Operating system

Android 11

Python version

3.11.4

Miner version

1.8.3

Other relevant software versions

Android 11 (30) MIUI 12.5.9 Termux 0.118
