Watch channel with drop #398

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It would be cool if there was no "downtime" were the bot is here doing nothing. and i was not able to find this already implemented.

Proposed solution

The script already "know" if it watching 2 channel or not so if it not already on 2 channel it would check for drop and join a random stream that has drop enabled without the need to edit the python code nor follow the channel. and when streamer on the script or the follow list go live it would stop watching for drop and do what it does now.
