Add CC-BY license #18

Closes #1.

The GitHub page does not seem to recognize the license. It only shows a View license rather then a CC-BY-4.0 link in the submenue of the code panel. I believe the reason is that I trimmed the "Using Creative Commons Public Licenses" section on top from the license text. I'll try to fix that.
