Amend the definition of XXXXXIdentifier properties #47

Amend the definition for ownerIdentifier, manufacturerIdentifier, and modelIdentifier:

Remove "persistent" in the definition: "Persistent identifier used to identify the ..."
Changed "must" to "should" in the allowed values: "Free text, must be globally unique identifiers"

I kept however the "must" in the allowed value for RelatedIdentifier: "Free text, must be globally unique identifiers", because I suggest that we really want proper PIDs here.
