Whiteboard not persistant? #9

I have users who reported that the stuff they drew a day ago on the board is all deleted.

I was under the impression the boards are persistant.

Does anyone know what are the conditions where server clears the board? Is there a way to make it persistant?

I found the setting to save the boards in the server/configuration.js.
