Fix GRUB triggers

GRUB triggers will overwrite the Sigma Linux GRUB config and put a different title and bloat

This needs to be fixed somehow

Possible solution:

• Add disable_trigger=1 to /etc/update-grub.conf
• Add new package that will do the actual GRUB triggers
