Adding improvements to the README file #37

Multiple changes to the README file:

Adding instructions for Arch/Manjaro
Adding table of contents
Re-ordered sections
Re-worded a few instructions

@rdbreak I don't how often you dealing with pull requests, but if you are going to merge this soon, I have a few additional changes to make. Should be adding them in the next few days.

I'm ended up making a long list of fixes and improvements. I will merge everything together.
