Colour scheme not red enough #2

Colour scheme could do with being brought in line with the town colour scheme (burgundy red, like the Town Council site)

Thank you for your input Richard. It's a bit late in the day for this kind of core design change as it requires a lot more work. I don't know if you raised this earlier when Manny showed the design to the chamber so I'll discuss with Manny and perhaps we can incorporate the colour into the design somewhere. I'm going to mark this one as Low Priority because it is a look and feel change and not a bug or something which affects usability, however if you'd like to do some mockup designs then we can put them up for approval by the chamber and we can work towards creating a pull request with the changes you suggest.

Of course you're welcome to make changes and put them in a pull request for approval, however it may be better to get the approval before working on the changes, which is why I'd suggest putting some designs together so we can better understand your idea before putting all the work into implementing the design change.
